# Availability calendar

`GET /v1/properties/{property_id}/availability`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://threshold.rentals/api`

Night-by-night availability, minimum stay, check-in/out rules and nightly price for up to 180 days. Cached from the host's calendars (as_of); a quote re-checks live.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input (e.g. invalid_dates, unknown_amenity, place_not_found)
- `404`: Not found (property_not_found, quote_not_found, booking_not_found)
- `429`: Rate limited or too many open requests: see Retry-After
