`POST /api/v1/financial-admin-portal/auth/login/`

Authenticate financial administrator and return JWT token

## Request body

- FinancialPortalLoginRequest: Serializer for financial portal login requests
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `password` string, required

## Response `200`

- FinancialPortalToken: Serializer for financial portal token responses
  - `access_token` string, required
  - `expires_in` integer, required
  - `token_type` string, required
  - `user` object, nullable, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation errors in request data
- `401`: Authentication required - missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Permission denied - insufficient privileges
- `404`: Resource not found
- `409`: Conflict - resource already exists or invalid state transition
- `422`: Unprocessable entity - business logic validation failed
- `500`: Internal server error
