`POST /api/v1/cards/{publicToken}/pin/unblock`

## Path parameters

- `publicToken` string, required

## Request body

- PinUnblockRequest — Request class to Unblock card pin access
  - `description` string, nullable — Description for unlocking PIN access.
  - `updatedBy` string, nullable — User who unlocked the PIN access.

## Response `204`

No Content
