- UsageControlsRequest: Request object from controller to service layer to wrap the Card Usage Control overrides.
  - `usageControls` UsageControls, required: Card Override Usage Controls
    - `allowContactless` boolean, nullable: Allow Contactless EMV
    - `allowAtmWithdrawals` boolean, nullable: Allow Cash ATM (DE = 01)
    - `allowECommerceWhereCardNotPresent` boolean, nullable: Allow Blank CVV2 in Card not Present e-Commerce
    - `allowRecurringPaymentWhereCardNotPresent` boolean, nullable: Allow Blank CVV2 in Card not Present Recurring
    - `allowUseOutsideCountry` boolean, nullable: Allow POS usage outside country of Issue of a card
