`GET /api/v1/cards/{publicToken}/balance/cardlimits`

  - `availableBalance` number, double: The available balance
  - `maxAllowableBalance` number, double: The maximum allowable balance
  - `blockedAmount` number, double: The blocked amount
  - `currencyCode` string, nullable: The currency code
  - `cardLimits` SubGroupLimits[], nullable: Gets the card limits.
    - `subGroup` 'CASH' | 'LOAD' | 'PAY_IN' | 'PAY_OUT' | 'PIN' | 'POS' | 'UNLOAD', nullable: Gets the sub group.
    - `daily` PeriodLimits: Period limits
      - `period` integer: The period
      - `unit` string, nullable: The unit
      - `limit` number, double: The limit
      - `frequency` integer: The frequency
      - `spent` number, double: The spent
      - `transactionCount` integer: The transaction count
    - `accumulatedPeriod1` PeriodLimits: Period limits
      - `period` integer: The period
      - `unit` string, nullable: The unit
      - `limit` number, double: The limit
      - `frequency` integer: The frequency
