`POST /questionnaires/jobs/{job_id}/analyse-garment`

## Request

Enqueue vision LLM analysis of original sketch uploads + approved 2D flats.

Result is written to ``platform_payload.garmentAnalysePayload`` (status + rows).
Poll GET ``/jobs/{job_id}/platform-state`` until ``merged.garmentAnalysePayload.status``
is ``completed`` or ``failed``. Does not persist style placement — save via PATCH
platform-state after the user reviews and edits.
