`GET /messages/stream`

## Request

Per-user SSE stream: forwards ``user:{id}`` pub/sub events and owns
presence for the connection's lifetime (Q10/§7.2 — presence, typing and
viewing endpoints are B4; this only sets/clears the online flag).
