`GET /integrations/notion/jobs/{job_id}/sync-status`

Poll the last-known state of a job's sync — the Celery task runs on the
`default` queue with no other feedback, so the frontend polls this after
calling `sync_now` to show synced/error instead of an indefinite spinner.
