# Escalate To Support

`POST /assistant/sessions/{session_id}/escalate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.threadchain.pro` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.threadchain.pro/assistant/sessions/{session_id}/escalate`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `auth/token`

Email the configured support address on the user's behalf.

Deliberately a plain endpoint rather than an agent tool: the "Send a
Request for Me" button must reliably send, not depend on the model
choosing to call something. The unified agent has its own equivalent at
POST /agent/threads/{id}/escalate; this route stays mounted for any
caller still on the /assistant/* surface.
