# Admin User Cost Summary

`GET /admin/ai-costs/users/{user_id}`

## Request

Per-tech-pack cost summary for any user.

Returns 200 with empty jobs/zero totals when the user exists but has no
AI call logs. Returns 404 only when the user_id is unknown.
