Returns the HCS-25 AI Trust Score `outputVerificationSummary` (allow/block/uncertain rates, avg calibrated confidence, per-stake distribution, contributing providers) over a rolling window. Conformant with the HCS-25 output-verification signal. Public endpoint, no auth required.
