# Get a wallet-bound ThoughtProof attestation

`GET /v1/issuer/wallet/{address}`

## Request

Returns a signed wallet_reasoning_integrity/v1 envelope for a wallet address. Public endpoint for multi-issuer orchestrators and composed trust envelopes. score_normalized is the canonical 0..1 score, score_display is the same score mapped to 0..100, and confidence_bps expresses the same confidence in basis points.
