# Bulk Delete Skills

`POST /api/skills/bulk/delete`

Soft-delete (recycle bin) one or more skills (TOS-1490).

Per-item errors for a not-found or forbidden skill; the whole batch never
fails on one bad item - matches documents' bulk-delete contract
(``bulk_delete_documents`` in api/knowledge.py). Same edit+ rung and
same soft-delete-with-recycle-bin semantics as ``DELETE /{skill_id}``.
