# List Mindsets

`GET /api/mindsets`

List Mindsets visible to the caller (TOS-3280, keyset-paginated).

Both a caller's own Mindsets and the merged "mine + platform" view grow
without bound over the account's lifetime, so this can genuinely exceed
one page. A non-``None`` ``next_cursor`` IS the truncation signal - pass
it back as ``cursor`` for the next page.

Successful Response

- MindsetListResponse: A keyset-paginated page of Mindsets (TOS-3280). ``next_cursor`` is ``None`` exactly when no older rows remain; pass it back as ``cursor`` for the next page. A non-``None`` value IS the truncation signal - there is no separate ``truncated`` flag.
