# List Mind Items

Mind page Data tab: beliefs, holdings and named entities as one table (TOS-2314).

Filter, count, sort, page and facets all read one ``UNION ALL`` derived
table, so they agree on which rows exist. Visibility gates are the memory
page's (beliefs and holdings) and the graph's (entities). ``links`` and
``attention`` and the other computed columns are projected over that
authorized table when requested for sorting, filtering or faceting.

Statements per request, constant in the number of rows: the access check
(none for your own Mind), the Mind lookup, the disclosure scope lookup,
then one count (or, with ``facets=true``, one GROUPING SETS statement that
yields the totals and every facet together), one page (whose entity rows
carry their reference strength in the same statement, TOS-7913), and one
grouped link count for the page. The page and link statements are skipped when
nothing matches. Page enrichment adds one endpoint-label lookup and up to
three authorized provenance lookups. At most 9 statements for an owner's
page without column-value facets; a requested column adds one bounded
aggregation statement. With ``facet_only=true``, the response contains only
column values and truncation; totals, rows and page enrichment are skipped.
No per-row client queries.
