# Export Mind Items Csv

The Data tab's filtered, sorted rows as ``mind-items.csv``.

Same gates, filters and sort as ``/items``. ``columns`` picks and orders
the fields (default: every Contents field in the registry, headed by its Title Case
label; ``keys=true`` adds a second header row of the machine keys). Enum
values, Status and Sources are written as their labels, and a missing value
is spelled out as Not Applicable, Unknown or Not Recorded. At most
20,000 rows are written, read in pages of 1,000; when the filtered set is
larger the response carries ``X-Truncated: true`` (and always
``X-Total-Count``) instead of a trailing marker line. After a blank line a
``Definitions`` section explains each exported column (label, key, layer,
meaning, which Types it applies to) and a ``Values`` section lists every
label with its machine key and stored values; the rows above are the table.
Text cells that start with ``=``, ``+``, ``-``, ``@``, a tab or a carriage
return get a leading apostrophe so a spreadsheet shows them as text.

Statements: the three context statements, one count, then one page and
one link count per 1,000 rows (the link count only when ``links`` is a
requested column). Each page also uses one endpoint-label lookup and up to
three authorized provenance lookups, independent of the number of rows.
