- V2ConsolidatedPropositionListResponse: A keyset-paginated page of consolidated propositions (TOS-3280). This is the "Needs You" queue: it accumulates without bound for an account that never visits the Journal to confirm or dismiss them. ``next_cursor`` is ``None`` exactly when no older rows remain; there is no separate ``truncated`` flag.
