# Get Notifications

`GET /api/me/notifications`

Keyset-paginated open notifications, newest first (TOS-464 / TOS-3120).

"Open" is every unresolved obligation plus every unread receipt - an
obligation deliberately survives being read, because reading is not doing.

Without ``before`` returns the most recent ``limit`` rows; pass the previous
response's ``next_cursor`` as ``before`` to load older ones. 400 on a
malformed cursor.

Successful Response

- NotificationListResponse: A keyset-paginated page of open notifications (TOS-464 / TOS-3120). "Open" is every unresolved obligation plus every unread receipt. Resolved obligations are omitted entirely: if the condition cleared there is no decision left to make. ``next_cursor`` is an opaque token for fetching the next (older) page; ``None`` means no older rows remain. No separate count field: the client pages through to exhaustion, so the length of what it assembles IS the badge count.
