Successful Response

- IntegrationPublicationListResponse: A keyset-paginated page of template publications (TOS-3280). ``next_cursor`` is ``None`` exactly when no older rows remain; pass it back as ``cursor`` for the next page. A non-``None`` value IS the truncation signal - there is no separate ``truncated`` flag. This endpoint's default ``scope='community'`` is the worst-offending unbounded collection in the audit: it returns every publicly published template platform-wide, so the result grows with the marketplace, not with the caller.
