# Move Instances

`POST /api/integrations/instances/move`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.thinqos.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.thinqos.com/api/integrations/instances/move`
- Auth: none declared

Move an integration (one you own, or one in a folder you can edit) into another folder you can
edit. This is how you organize integrations into purpose folders. Folder membership controls
discovery; each member then installs an integration for itself with integration_install.
Single-home model — the integration ends up in exactly one folder. Pass the registration_id (the
integration instance id, a UUID) and `domain` as EITHER the destination's fully-qualified
address (e.g. 'payroll.finance.acme.thinqos.com') OR its UUID, from thinqos_query or
thinqos_create with resource=folders. Group sharing defaults to 'Each member connects separately'. If the integration
holds ONE shared account and the destination has more than one member, the move is refused and
the error explains the blast radius — that is 'Share the owner's account with this group'. Show
it to the user and re-call with confirm_shared_account_exposure=true only if they explicitly
agree.
