# Export Folder Zip

`GET /api/folders/{folder_id}/export.zip`

Download a folder, complete and re-importable (TOS-7350, TOS-7356).

The zip holds every document in the folder and its subfolders (its
uploaded original, or its text when no original was kept; subfolders
become directories) and ``thinqos-folder.json``, the manifest carrying the
folder's address, members and each document's metadata, plus the folder's
skills, connections, agents and databases. Only what the folder listing
would show you is included, and a connection or database only when you
could download it on its own; the manifest names anything left out. 413
when it all adds up to more than 200 MB.
