# Purge Folder

`POST /api/folders/{domain_ref}/purge`

Permanently delete a binned folder and its tree (TOS-3390). Irreversible.

Acts only on what is already in the recycle bin: the folder must be binned
(``DELETE /{domain_ref}`` first), and so must every folder and object under
it. Deepest folder first, it retracts documents from every Mind, drops
agent databases, removes connections and connectors, purges skills binned
with the folder, then deletes each folder row. Refused with a 409 listing
``blockers`` when anything in the tree is live or something outside still
depends on it. Same authority as delete.
