Read only: what removing this member would leave in place (TOS-3760).

Same authority as ``remove_member``: an admin, or the member leaving. 404
unless the caller can open the folder, so a preview never reveals who holds
a folder the caller cannot see. Mutates nothing and revokes nothing: the
response states what survives (other reach, credential and connection
grants) and what is pending (open runs, approvals), computed from existing
rows with the membership excluded.
