Dry run of deleting a folder (TOS-3390). Changes nothing.

Lists every folder in the tree, how many of each kind of object would go
to the recycle bin with it, and anything outside the tree that depends on
something inside it. When ``can_delete`` is false, ``blockers`` says what
depends on what and what to do first. Same authority as delete.
