`GET /api/direct-chats/with/{other_identity_id}/conversations`

List one section of a connection's relationship panel.

``scope=direct`` (the default) is the canonical direct chat and its active
topics, unchanged from before TOS-3461. ``scope=rooms`` is the rooms both
identities sit in; ``scope=archived`` is this relationship's archived
history. Each scope pages independently through its own ``offset``.
