`GET /api/conversation-containers`

## Request

List the caller's top-level conversation containers.

Reuses the inbox chat-list query (bounded, pinned-first, N+1-safe), so the
kinds ``conversation_types.hidden_from_list`` marks are already excluded;
agent-run chats the caller takes part in are included (TOS-7749). The
``X-Next-Cursor`` response header carries the next page token.
