# Accept Request

`POST /api/connections/requests/{request_id}/accept`

Accept a connection request, then run anything it unblocked.

An agent told to reach someone it was not connected to yet parked a
delegation on this request (TOS-2999). Accepting enqueues a run to re-drive
it, and this route is what actually executes that run: the scheduler's
recovery drain only reaches it every 15 minutes, which would read to the user
as the agent still being silent. The run is committed BEFORE it is scheduled,
so a process that dies in between leaves a pending row the drain job recovers
rather than losing the resume.
