TOS-581: the caller's own private Subconscious asides about ``source_chat_id``.

Leak-proof by construction: this reads ONLY the caller's single-participant
self-chat and filters to ask-rows whose ``subconscious_source.chat_id`` equals
``source_chat_id``. It can never return another identity's asides, so it needs
no participation check on the shared chat — a non-participant simply has no
matching rows of their own.
