# Get Capabilities

`GET /api/capabilities`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.thinqos.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return the chat-platform capability list for the slash palette.

## Query parameters

- `chat_id` string, uuid, nullable: Optional chat id. When supplied, the response is filtered to the caller's commands, executed by their own Subconscious.
- `identity_id` string, uuid, nullable: Optional identity id. When supplied, returns the owner grant and effective readiness of that identity's platform capabilities.
