`GET /api/audio/voices/search`

Search the full ElevenLabs Voice Library (`/v1/shared-voices`).

English voices only, including provider previews.
Same key cascade and error mapping as ``/voices``. Returns one page
(50) of matches in the same ``VoiceOut`` shape.
