The identity's nightly review rows, newest night first.

A person reads their own Mind's rows (TOS-5064 9.1: a person's Mind is
reviewed like an agent, and the person is its owner). Anything else has
the self-improvement summary's authority: visibility first (an invisible
agent stays a 404), then owner authority.
