# Approve Schema Change

`POST /api/agent-data/schema-changes/{request_id}/approve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.thinqos.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://app.thinqos.com/api/agent-data/schema-changes/{request_id}/approve`
- Auth: none declared

Approve and execute. Returns the request in its post-apply state.

A 409 here means approved-but-not-applied (the DDL failed against live data,
typically a SET NOT NULL over rows that still hold NULLs). The approval
stands and the request stays retryable — the response says so rather than
reporting a clean success for a change that did not land.
