Successful Response

- RegistryBundleStateResponse: Whether the model registry is synced, and what "synced" means. `receipt` is the install's last applied model-registry pack (the real answer to "when did my model data last change"); `packaged_version` is the bundle vendored into the running image, so the UI can flag a receipt that lags the code it ships with. Both are null only on an install that has never applied any pack.
