# List admin documents

`GET /v0/admin/documents`

## Request

The Organization's most recently accepted Record Versions across all its Corpora, newest first, with their Source, title, current state and step times, read in one query. Requires observability:read on a key for all Corpora; a key limited to some Corpora gets 403. Versions accepted before step times were recorded are not listed. Pages are independent reads, not a snapshot; the cursor is bound to the key's scope.

    - `steps` VersionSteps, required: When each processing step of the Version finished, written once by the transaction that commits the step. A step not finished yet is omitted. Versions materialized before step times were recorded carry only accepted_at, and withdrawn_at for a withdrawal after; history is not reconstructed.
      - `accepted_at` string, date-time: Quivr accepted the revision.
      - `materialized_at` string, date-time: The Version was published from normalized content.
      - `segmented_at` string, date-time: The Version was first cut into segments.
      - `retrieval_ready_at` string, date-time: The Version first became searchable.
      - `enriched_at` string, date-time: Vectors were first attached to the Version.
      - `evaluated_at` string, date-time: Every Subscription asked to evaluate the Version had decided; one that waits for vectors decides on their round. Omitted when no Subscription evaluated it, or when one waiting for vectors was disabled before they arrived. With more than 100 Subscriptions on one Corpus it can be set once the first 100 have decided.
      - `quarantined_at` string, date-time: The Version was quarantined.
      - `withdrawn_at` string, date-time: The Version's Record was withdrawn.
    - `evaluation` 'applicable' | 'not_applicable', required: Whether alert evaluation applies to the Version. applicable when it was evaluated (steps.evaluated_at), an evaluation of it is pending, or an enabled Subscription covers its Corpus at the time of the read; not_applicable otherwise, so no evaluated step is coming. Judged at read time, not when the Version became searchable; a Subscription created, re-enabled or widened to the Corpus since makes an older Version applicable although it never evaluates it.
  - `next_page_cursor` string

- `default`: Structured error; 401 unauthenticated, 403 without observability:read or all Corpora, 409 cursor_scope_changed, 422 invalid query, limit or cursor, 503 storage unavailable.
