# Resend a registration's confirmation email

`POST /signups/{id}/registrations/{rid}/resend_confirmation`

## Request

Email the person their signup confirmation again, at the registration's address, listing what they hold and the days they attend. Sends one email per call, and each counts as one recipient against the organization's daily message-recipient ceiling (429 when it is spent). Works on an Attend-only registration; a registration that is no longer attending is 400. The account that owns the credential must have a verified email address (403 otherwise).

The confirmation was sent

- ResendConfirmationResponse
  - `sent` true, required: The confirmation email was handed to the mail provider.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request — body or path could not be parsed
- `401`: Unauthenticated — credentials missing, malformed, invalid, or revoked
- `403`: Forbidden — credentials valid but lack the required scope
- `404`: Not found
- `429`: Rate limited or daily ceiling exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
