L'apercu d'une maquette, pour une IA : ses TYPES, avec de quoi ecrire
des regles. Disponible des que le modele est lu, avant le graphe.

C'est la premiere salve. Pendant que l'IA classe les types - registre,
piege a son, centrale, ventilateur, zone d'acces a ecarter - et designe les
proprietes qui portent les cotes, le graphe se construit. On ne fait pas
attendre l'IA : on l'occupe.
