# Get a password reset link for a user, without sending an email. Server-side credential only. The returned link is a bearer credential for that user's account, so it is available to API-token callers (\`x-api-key\`) and refused with 403 for a signed-in end-user JWT (TBP-557). A signed-in user who needs to reset a member's password should call \`POST user/:id/password\` instead, which mails the same link to that user's own address.
