Get THIS org's currently active bots.

The orchestrator's active-bots map is process-wide (every tenant), so
scope it to the caller by intersecting with bot_instances whose
scheduled_meeting belongs to their tenant — otherwise any authenticated
user saw every org's running bots and their meeting URLs.
