Anonymous message from the marketing site — no auth, by design.

Unauthenticated write on a domain we actively advertise, so it carries the
strict per-IP auth-tier limit (core/rate_limit.get_client_identifier falls
back to IP when there is no user) plus the honeypot below.

`request` is required by slowapi's decorator, which resolves the client
identifier from it — removing the parameter breaks the limit silently.
