# Verify Domain

`POST /api/settings/domains/{domain_id}/verify`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.thebetterhire.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Check the DNS TXT record and flip the domain to verified.

Verification failures are HTTP 200 with {verified: false, error} — the
FE treats them as a state, not a request error.
