`GET /api/recordings/{interview_id}`

Stream/download recording file for authenticated user

Args:
    interview_id: Interview UUID
    current_user: Authenticated user (from JWT token)

Returns:
    Recording file as FileResponse

Raises:
    HTTPException: 404 if recording not found or user doesn't own interview
