Founder-preview 'claim your workspace': provision the org, hand over
every req we built for them, and mail a magic link to the address on
record. Public — the opaque token is the capability, exactly like the
invite endpoint — but note the link is NEVER returned in this response;
it only ever goes to the mailbox, which is what makes a forwarded preview
URL useless to a stranger.
