## Request

Generate a job description using AI based on job title, department, and key requirements

This endpoint helps recruiters quickly create comprehensive JDs by providing:
- Job title (required)
- Department (optional, for context)
- Key requirements (3-5 bullet points of must-have skills/qualifications)

The AI will generate a complete JD with:
- Role overview
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications
- Culture fit

Requires: admin or recruiter role
