Lightweight: extract JUST the plain text from a JD file (PDF/DOCX/TXT)
without running competency extraction. Used by the create-role
Upload tab so the JD Quality scorecard can fire as soon as the
file is uploaded — competency extraction is a separate, heavier
step (own button or auto on submit).
