# Get Job Role Benchmark

`GET /api/job-roles/{job_role_id}/benchmark`

## Request

Per-role hiring benchmark — averages, top performer, and (when N is
high enough) a top-quartile threshold based on the org's own
completed interviews. Cold-start tier returned in `tier` so the UI
can render the right state without re-implementing the gating.

Scoped to the caller's organization. Verifies role ownership before
aggregating — never leaks data from another org through a guessed UUID.
