Upload transcript file for test mode interview.

Allows direct transcript upload for testing the analysis pipeline
without requiring audio transcription.

Supports:
- JSON format: {"dialogue": [{"speaker": "interviewer", "text": "..."}]}
- Plain text format: INTERVIEWER: text... CANDIDATE: text...

Only works for interviews created with is_test_mode=true
