`POST /api/interviews/{interview_id}/transcribe`

## Request

Trigger transcription for interview audio

Creates a transcription job that will be processed by background worker
Requires: interviewer, recruiter, or admin role

  - `enable_diarization` boolean
  - `num_speakers` integer, nullable
