# Confirm Speaker Roles Endpoint

`POST /api/interviews/{interview_id}/confirm-roles`

## Request

Answer the "who was the candidate?" question for an interview whose
transcript participants couldn't be confidently matched to the
scheduled candidate. Re-tags the transcript with the confirmed
roles and queues the analysis that was paused — or, for a no-show,
voids the interview so no score is fabricated.

Requires admin or recruiter role.

## Request body

- ConfirmSpeakerRolesRequest: Resolve a pending speaker-role confirmation (Phase 2 fail-loud — docs/PLAN-human-interview-recall-diarization.md). Exactly one of: - candidate_speaker: display name of the participant the recruiter identifies as the candidate (must match a transcript speaker), - candidate_not_present: true — candidate never joined; the interview is voided (reason candidate_no_show), never scored.
  - `candidate_speaker` string, nullable
  - `candidate_not_present` boolean
