Trigger AI analysis for interview

Creates an analysis job that will be processed by background worker
Requires completed transcription

Args:
    interview_id: UUID of the interview
    request: Optional analysis request with report_type ('recruiter' or 'candidate')
    current_user: Authenticated user from dependency

Returns:
    Analysis job creation status
