`GET /api/internal/shadow-eval/status/{job_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.thebetterhire.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Poll job status. Returns 404 if job_id is unknown (was the BE
redeployed since the job was created? In-memory state is gone).
Results on disk may still exist — check results_url too.
